HERNDON, Va. –– Today, former Chair of the Dranesville District Democratic Committee (DDDC) Greg Brandon, a McLean resident, endorses Irene Shin for Delegate.
“Irene is exactly who we need representing the voters and residents of Herndon in Richmond right now,” said Greg Brandon. “I’ve known Irene for over seven years, and have always been impressed by her thorough understanding of the issues we face and of the policy solutions to solve them. I trust her to do the hard work of governing, and to remain rooted in her community. She will actively listen to the residents of the 86th House District and will be an honest, effective, and tireless advocate for them in the General Assembly.”
“I’m honored to have earned Greg’s support,” Irene Shin said. “Greg has served the Dranesville District for many years, and has been a dedicated Democratic volunteer for the past decade. His values of humble and dedicated leadership are ones that I will seek to embody as Delegate. I look forward to continuing to work with community stakeholders like Greg to carry the concerns of the 86th to Richmond.”
